Predictive HR Analytics

We have used data to predict HR trends for a number of our clients. Our Retention.Ai product provides our customers with the probability of someone leaving the business in a set time frame as well as the reasons why they are at risk of leaving.
We have also used predictive analytics to evaluate candidates likelihood to succeed within a role and optimise the distribution of pay rises across staff groups to ensure optimum growth.
